I received a defective item. What should I do?

My order shows as "processing." What does this mean?

A processing order is an order that has been properly completed by the customer and received by Oleifici Rotondo Luigi, which is preparing it. The next phase will be shipping. During this phase, it is possible, if strictly necessary, to make changes to the order.

I placed my order several days ago and haven't received the goods yet. What should I do?

Please report the delay using the contact form in the Contact section. Our team will contact the shipping company, requesting communication on the order fulfillment status and we will give you feedback as soon as possible.

The delivery I received is incomplete. What should I do?

It can happen that packages from your order are shipped on different days (we make sure to notify you if partial shipments are made). Make sure you have received all packages mentioned in the shipping confirmation message. If the delivery is incomplete, please contact us online using the contact form or call +39 389 989 6238.

Is it possible to pick up an online order directly at the store?

Yes, by checking the "Store pickup" box during the order process. This option is always free.

Can I modify my order after confirming it?

This is only possible in rare cases. We are committed to processing and shipping every order as quickly as possible and therefore, in most cases, no changes can be made. Returns and Refunds Policy - Oleifici Rotondo Luigi

The customer has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 8 (eight) working days from the day of receipt of the purchased goods.

In any case, to be entitled to a full refund of the price paid, the goods must be returned to the Company headquarters unused, including everything originally delivered to the customer in the original packaging, intact and in normal state of preservation.

If the Customer decides to exercise the right of withdrawal, they must communicate this to the seller within the aforementioned term, via email oleificirotondo@gmail.com or via Certified Electronic Mail oleificirotondosrl@pec.it

The return of the goods must take place, at the latest, within 8 (eight) days from the date of receipt. The company will provide free reimbursement of the full amount paid by the Purchaser within 8 (eight) days from receiving the withdrawal communication.

The only expenses due by the consumer for exercising the right of withdrawal under this article are the direct costs of returning the goods to the Supplier and those for any collection on delivery payment. The right of withdrawal applies only to sales made to private customers.

Sales made to companies, professionals, or VAT number holders are not covered by this regulation and therefore purchasers in these categories cannot exercise this right.
