It was 1958 when Luigi Rotondo, with eyes full of hope and a heart overflowing with love for his land, decided to transform a dream into reality. Around the courtyard of a simple yet charming ancient dwelling, what would become not just a family business was born, but a true guardian of Puglia's olive oil tradition.
In the Sant'Antonio d'Ascula district, just seven kilometers from the picturesque city of Monopoli, Luigi created a bucolic microcosm where every drop of oil tells a story of love for the land. His vision was as simple as it was revolutionary: to produce oil as it was once made, with that care and dedication that only the expert hands of a family can provide.

Today, after seventy years, that flame lit by Luigi continues to burn with the same intensity in the hands of his children Antonella and Silvio, and his great-grandchildren Luigi, Silvana, and Piergiuseppe.
